Celebrate the season with us at our arts networking party at Zygote Press<http://www.zygotepress.com/>, a Cleveland gem of the arts nonprofit community. You'll have the opportunity to meet staff and Board members of Zygote Press, tour their fine art printmaking workshop, and view their gallery installations.

Also joining us will be members of the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts<http://www.clemetrobar.org/Committees/Volunteer_Lawyers_for_the_Arts/Volunteer_Lawyers_for_the_Arts/>, including Steven W. Day, who will give a brief presentation. He will discuss issues artists often face when providing services as independent contractors, including properly characterizing the employee vs. independent contractor relationship, understanding consulting agreements and handling intellectual property issues.

So make plans now to join us on November 30 for an evening of food, drinks and festivities as we toast to another year of the COSE Arts Network serving NEO's artistic community.
