Auditions for Helen Keller, Annie Sullivan, Kate Keller and Captain Arthur Keller will be held on Sunday, November 21 from 2 to 5 PM and Monday, November 22 from 6:30 to 9 PM for the Geuaga Lyric Theater in Chardon, Ohio. Auditions will be in the annex, which is the building across the street from the theater. These auditions are for the 4 main characters only. All other characters will have an audition in December. Auditions are open call, cold reads. No need to prepare a monologue. If auditioning for Annie or Helen, wear comfortable clothes to move in. Both roles are very physical. Show opens on February 11 and runs three weekends with a 10 show schedule, including an education night for schools. Rehearsals will run for six weeks prior to opening.
