[NEohioPAL] TrueNorth Symphony

Our TrueNorth Symphony concert last Saturday night was a resounding success,
playing to a standing room only crowd.  Thanks to all who came and enjoyed
celebrating nature in symphonic music.

 

We now turn our attention to our popular Holiday Concert with the TrueNorth
Chorale on December 17 & 18.  This concert is always sold out both nights.
We are looking for additional musicians for this concert, especially
strings.  Symphonically we will be performing Tchaikowsky's Nutcracker Suite
and Anderson's Sleigh Ride.  With the Chorale we will feature the Gustav
Holst "Christmas Day" and the Rutter "Gloria" along with several other works
by John Rutter and Mack Wilberg.

 

We are a volunteer orchestra playing several concerts during the year, and
we invite you to audition to join us.  The audition is very informal and I
will give you details by phone or email.  Our rehearsals for the Holiday
Concert begin Monday, November 22 at 7:30 pm.  We rehearse and perform at
TrueNorth at French Creek, 4530 Colorado Ave. (Route 611) in Sheffield
Village.
