Apologies----- this was copied from an old file. The CORRECT date is this coming Sunday....Nov. 21st at Noon.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Auditions have been set for One Role and Two Swings for the Beck Center/Playhouse Square production of ALTAR BOYZ.

Actor/Singer/Dancers will be seen one time only---at Noon on Sunday, Nov.. 21st. The audition will last approx. 90 minutes.

We are casting the role of MARK, as well as two swing/understudies for the 5 roles. Age ranges are 19 to 26 ideally.

ALL three of these positions are paid a weekly salary, including all production weeks regardless of stage time (swings).

Both AEA and NON AEA will be seen for the role of Mark. The Swings are NON AEA only.

Please prepare One vocal selection not to exceed 2 minutes in length. Something either pop or legit-pop is requested. Bring sheet music in your key. An accompanist will be provided for you. Come dressed to move.

ALTAR BOYZ opens at The Hanna on Jan. 13th and plays for three weeks (Closing Jan. 30th.) Actors MUST also be available for a possible two week extension-- closing Feb. 13th. The performance schedule is Thur./Fri./Double Sat./Sun. afternoon.

Rehearsals will begin Dec. 27th. Having daytime availability is highly desirable, but not a requirement---as reh. times have not been locked in. A flexible schedule between 12/27 and 1/13 is a must. Actors must be conflict free during this period.

To make your Noon, Sun. Nov. 21st appt. please either respond to this e-mail or call 216-521-2540 x15 and leave a message. Please make sure you leave your full name, e-mail address and cell phone #.

Apart from the original actor playing Mark (who is away @ school) this production of ALTAR BOYZ reunites the entire cast and production team from the Summer 2008 production at Beck Center.

If you have any questions, feel free to respond to this e-mail.
