[NEohioPAL] SPOTLIGHTS PRESENT AN EVENING OF JAZZ

The Broadview Heights Spotlights Community Theater invites you to take a break from the hassle of holiday shopping with a laidback night of smooth jazz and inspiring original poetry by "VINCE ROBINSON AND THE JAZZ POETS".  Show dates are Friday and Saturday, December 10 & 11 at 7PM.  Shows will be held at the Cultural Arts Building, 9543 Broadview Road, next to the Police Department.  Tickets are $5. The show is part of the Spotlights' Cabaret Series and features Vince Robinson on keyboards, Derrick James on horns, Reggie Holmes on bass, and Ide Ebose on saxophone.   In addition to the jazz, the group performs "the spoken word," poems that complement the musical selections.  The ensemble has performed at many venues in the Cleveland area, including the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
