[NEohioPAL] Seeking Stage Manager

The Cleveland Museum of Art is now interviewing in search of a STAGE MANAGER for its spring production of
Endgame.

In Endgame-widely regarded as a masterpiece-high literature meets physical comedy. Dante and the Book of Genesis meet Chaplin and Keaton. The result is a stupendous theater experience: very funny and darkly touching. Beckett's play is a portrayal of Hamm-a blind, chair-bound tyrant-and Clov, his forgetful fumbling servant/confidant. In the room are Hamm's ancient parents, Nell and Nagg, who tragi-comically live in trashcans and occasionally pop out to demand food or engage in achingly farcical conversations.

Rehearsals will begin in early April
Endgame Opens May 19
Runs Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays @ 7:30pm until June 11
All performances are in The Brooks Theater at the Cleveland Play House.

Applicants should be highly organized and detail oriented.  Experience with equity actors a plus.  This play may make non-traditional use of space, performance and technical elements, so we are seeking individuals who are creative and eager to work the process as part of a dynamic team.
This is a paid position.
