* subUrbia plot and reviews *

"SubUrbia," which the New York Times calls provocatively gritty and
raw," follows the adventures of an ensemble of misanthropic 20somethings as
they brawl, bait and bash' each other through the night in the parking lot
of a Pakistani family's 7-Eleven. It's a wild romp for the townie' slackers
who have gathered for the return of Pony, the one member of their circle of
friends who has escaped their small town and found middling success as a
rock and roll MTV guitarist. Their debauched night is fueled by Oreos, beer,
pizza and rage." quoted from Lively Times.com

"Topics such as racism, global warming, sexism, idealism, and cynicism are
all presented and analyzed throughout the play." quoted from The Tech
