February 3, 2011- Fender Jet- Ohio's All Pilot Rock Band from 6pm-11pm at
Legends Sports Pub and Grille, 925 North Court Street, Medina. A portion of
the funds raised from this charity event will go to the Children's Center of
Medina County to allow children to attend The Oberlin Brass Ensemble concert
on April 2, 2011 at Broadway Street Hall Auditorium in the County
Administration Building. The evening will also feature door prizes, raffles,
and a silent auction. Suggested cover charge is $5.00.

 

February 5, 2011- The Tabloid Twangers- Country Music, with partial
underwriting from The Gardener's Cottage and The Medina County Arts Council.
Come out for a toe-tapping evening of fun as you experience an eclectic mix
of rockabilly, "roots-Americana," classic country, honky tonk, classic rock
and originals all performed in an energetic and entertaining stage show. The
group features four decades of great music from artists like Hank Williams,
Johnny Cash, The Derailers, Merle Haggard, Ray Price, Roy Orbison and more.
Based in NE Ohio, these four passionate musicians engage you with their
four-part harmonies. Enjoy a pre-concert country dinner at Michelle's Place,
1 block from the theatre before the show. Reservations necessary at
330-722-7178. Concert general admission: $20.00

 

February 13, 2011- South Pacific Party Bus. Hop on the bus and enjoy a South
Pacific themed lunch, flowing wine and a trivia quiz as you whisk up the
highway to Cleveland's Playhouse Square to see the national touring
production of South Pacific. Enjoy the show, hop back on the bus for
homemade chocolates, more wine and a 50/50 raffle. Seating is limited.
Pick-up at Buehler's River Styx in Medina and at K-Mart on Bagley Rd. in
Berea.  All inclusive- $55 for balcony; $75 for rear orchestra.
