Brecksville Little Theatre Celebrates 70 Years of Entertaining
Announces Auditions for Special Revue 
 
Since 1941 Brecksville Little Theatre has staged well over 200 plays and musicals.   In addition, over their seven decades of entertaining  and serving the community, the group has staged many dinner shows, childrens’ theatre  and special presentations throughout  the area.  Completing  a season of revivals and reminiscences to celebrate these 70 years, a special revue of favorite shows will be staged in April and May 2011.
 
 Auditions for the revue, titled “
Celebrate!  70 Years of Theatre…and  Counting!,”  
will be held 
 Sunday, February 6 and Tuesday, February 8 
 7 p.m. in the Old Town Hall
 on the Brecksville Town Square, Routes 21 and 82.
   
Actors, singers and dancers of all ages will be required  for vignettes taken from past BLT comedies, plays, and musicals.  
The revue is written and directed by Ruth Wheaton, a long time BLT member and veteran of Cleveland area theatre.
Producers are Ken and Georgia Maresh, and musical director is Gail Wirick.
