Composers and Guitarists Join in Collaborative Concert

The Cleveland Composers
Guild and the Cleveland Classical Guitar Society join to present a concert of
new works on February 20th.  This exciting afternoon of music features the
guitar in a range of settings, from Stephen Stanziano's "Distant
Cries" for two guitars, to Eric Charnofsky's "Sonata for Guitar and
Piano.   Monica Houghton's "Three Songs Without
Words"  include the lovely combination of flute and guitar, as do works
by Jennifer Connor and Loris Chobanian.  The intimate sound of the solo
guitar shines through in works by Robert Rollin and Chris Auerbach-Brown.
  This free concert will be on Sunday, February 20th at 3 PM, at Christ
Episcopal Church, 3445 Warrensville Center Rd, in Shaker Heights.
