Informational  meeting on a 4-session seminar: 
This  is Your Brain on Meditation 
Liberation  United Church of Christ 
13714  Madison Avenue, Lakewood 
Sunday,  February 27,  12:00  noon 
This  is a free informational meeting to acquaint interested persons with 
the content  of the class.  The meeting will be  hosted by Mary Grigolia, 
facilitator of the class. 
The  class will be held every other Wednesday beginning March  16. 
“In  four sessions, we’ll get to know the nervous system as we explore 
what happens  in our brains when we meditate; we’ll explore using the mind to 
change the brain  and experience our natural state: peace, gladness and  
love. 

Everyone is  invited to this free informational  meeting.
