[NEohioPAL] "Happy Hour" Benefit for American Africans Documentary

Join Najaa Young and Rasheed Jihad for a "Happy Hour" of short films and
live entertainment to benefit their upcoming documentary, *American Africans
*. The event will be held March 18, 2011 from 6:30pm – 9:30pm at the YMCA in
downtown Cleveland, 2200 Prospect Ave., Cleveland OH 44115.



*American Africans* is a documentary that explores the lives of African
Americans who have chosen to practice traditional African religions and
cultures in the United States and what prompted them to make such a
decision. It further explores origins of this movement and how it has
impacted families who have chosen this path.

Suggested donation is $25. Complimentary appetizers and refreshments will be
served. Free parking is available.
