*Seeking Producer
For GLTG Youth Workshops*
**

*One producer needed for the following workshops.  You may coordinate your
own schedule with each director as needed.  It would be best when arranging
printing, advertising or seeking sponsorships to pursue workshops
collectively.*  * Age: 18 and up*
*Compensation: $400*

Responsibilities Include:
 ·         Filling out/signing contracts
·         Ordering cast T-shirts
·         Coordinate ads
·         Programs (printing and assembly)
·         Press releases
·         Publicity
·         Photos for window display
·         Videographer arrangement (collect orders)
·         Coordinate house staff for performances
·         Seek sponsorships

*Junior Workshop* ages 4 to 7
Session A: June 13 M, W, F 9:15 -11:45 am (M and W at the Arts Center and F
at the theater – three weeks)
FREE Performance Dates: July 1 and 2 during class time at the theater

*Elementary Drama Workshop*  ages 7- 12
June 13 M-Th 9 am- 12:00 (six weeks)
Performance dates: July 21, 22, 7:30 pm, July 23 2:00 pm

*Teen Musical Workshop* ages12- up
June 6 M-Th 6-9 pm (six weeks)
Performance dates: July 14, 15 7:30 pm July 16 2:00pm

*Seeking Instructor/Director Assistants*
 *Junior Workshop/Elementary Drama Workshop/ Teen Musical Workshop*
**

*Compensation: $500 each ($175 for Junior)*

Responsibilities Include:
·          Monitor sign in and sign out
·          Oversee lobby traffic
·          Supervise Interns
·          Assist children who may need extra attention/direction
·          Help organize/clean up daily activities
·          Instruct/Supervise small groups as assigned by
Director/Instructor
·          Administer first aid/be aware of allergies that have been listed
·          Arrange special events (Spirit Days, plan visits to park, treats)
·          Handle parent correspondence/relay to Producer as needed
·          Coordinate paperwork with office as needed
·          Coordinate parent volunteers/ushers
·          Keep track of permission slips
·          Track absences
·          Evaluate Interns
·          Generate a parent outline – advance notice of planned activities
·          Substitute for Instructor/Director in an emergency


*Seeking Musical Instructors*
*Elementary Musical Workshop / Teen Musical Workshop / Teen Master Workshop*

 *Compensation: $600*

Responsibilities Include:
 ·         Coordinate with Director/Instructor
·         Instruct students in vocal techniques
·         Instruct small group and large group practice
·         Arrange musical accompaniment if needed
·         Arrange musical recordings if needed
·         Instruct dictation
·         Instruct proper breathing
·         Encourage students in a positive manner
