The Tim Russert Department of Communication and Theatre Arts at John Carroll
University is pleased to present the spring theatre production: Medea, by
Euripides, directed by Karen Gygli. For centuries, this Greek tragedy about
a mother spurned has brought audiences to their knees in a catharsis of
terror and pity--be one of them! ONLY FIVE PERFORMANCES!! SEATING IS
LIMITED, so reservations in advance are strongly suggested. Medea runs in
Marinello Little Theatre in the Lombardo Student Center March 25, April 1
and April 2 at 7:30PM, and March 26 and April 3 at 2PM. Parking is in the
adjacent Belvoir parking lot and the building is accessible to all. Dr.
Gwen Compton-Engle of JCU Department of Classical and Modern Languages and
Cultures will give a post-show talk after both Saturday performances.
Tickets are $7 in advance, $10 at the door. Reservations can be made by
calling 216-379-4428 after Monday, March 21. For information, please call
