                       Victorian to Hold Auditions
                            for Classic “Camille”

     The Victorian Players will hold auditions for the final show of their 
2010-2011 season.  “Camille,” by Alexandre Dumas with an adaptation by Dr. 
Thomas Copeland, will audition on Monday and Tuesday, April 11 & 12 at 7 pm. 
each night.  Auditions will be held at the theater at 702 Mahoning Avenue in 
Youngstown.  Casting requirements are 5 men and 3 women plus various 
non-speaking roles.  Those auditioning will be reading from the script.  Once 
casting takes place, there will also be a staged reading which will be held at 
the theater on Saturday,  April 16 at 2 pm.
 
     Actual production dates of “Camille” are June 3rd thru the 19th.   The 
story of “Camille” deals with a Parisian courtesan who must choose between the 
man who loves her and the callous baron who wants her, all the while her own 
health is failing.
