The 2011 City of Akron Lock 3 Summer Arts Experience is seeking proposal
 submissions from local artists to fill Lead Artist positions for the 
2011 Summer Season. Please click the link below for a complete program 
description, 2011 schedule, job description, stipend information and 
specific project requests.
