The Liminis performance space at 2438 Scranton Rd, Cleveland 44113, home
of convergence-continuum, is attached to a large brick Victorian home
which is divided into three apartments.  The one directly adjoining the
theater is the home of convergence's Artistic Director, Clyde Simon
(that's me).  The other two don't share any common walls with the theater
(i.e. they're quiet).  Both are currently occupied, but
ONE WILL BECOME AVAILABLE IN MAY.

It's a one bedroom upstairs apartment with plenty of closet space, kitchen
updated with fridge, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher, living room and
large bathroom.  Rent is $450/mo plus utilities.  In Tremont, five minutes
to downtown, and tentant gets comped to convergence-continuum
performances.
