The 48 Hour Film Project is excited to announce that it will return to Cleveland from July 29th-31st, 2011! Filmmakers will yet again have just 48 hours to write, produce, and edit their short films, where they will be judged by film professionals for various awards including the Best 48 Hour Film of Cleveland! There will be dozens of films and tons of fun, and the 48HFP will wrap up with an Awards Ceremony/Wrap Party at Anatomy Nightclub. The Best Film of Cleveland will move on to the international Filmapalooza competition for a chance to win prizes, cash, and a chance to be the Best 48 Hour Film of 2011!
All completed films will be shown on the big screen--in Hi-Def! The world premiere screenings for the Cleveland 48HFP will be held at the Cedar Lee Theatre in Cleveland Heights on August 3rd and 4th. This year's premiere screenings will be shown in hi-definition, making the 2011 48HFP the best one yet!
So save the dates! There will be an Early Bird Registration discount during the first few weeks of registration. Stay on top of the latest 48HFP updates by following us at http://twitter.com/48HourCleveland or http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=107791090850&ref=ts.
