Cleveland City Dance offers a variety of classes including ballet, modern, jazz, tap, Pilates, hip-hop, and more. Patient and experienced instructors teach all children and adult classes. Class sizes limited to guarantee individual attention encouraging each student’s maximum growth and development. Students will have a chance to experience the joy of dance while also developing confidence, self-esteem, social skills and discipline.
Join us for our six-week summer session beginning July 5th. Students can participate in the camp program culminating in a performance at the end of the session by the older students.
The Little Ones Camp is designed for 4-5 year olds including ballet, jazz, tap, crafts and music.
The Young Dance Camp for 6-7 year olds includes classes in ballet, musical theatre and choreography.
The Beginning Camp is appropriate for students ages 8 and up, novice or with fewer than two years ballet experience, and offers classes in ballet, jazz, modern, choreography and music.
The Level I Camp is designed for ages 10 and up with three or more years of experience and consists of ballet, jazz, modern, musical theatre, Pilates, choreography, music history/theory and rehearsals for the performance.
The Intermediate/Advance Camp is for more advanced teens and includes ballet, jazz, modern, pointe, yoga, music history/theory and rehearsals for the performance. Students can be evaluated in advance for placement to ascertain the appropriate level for the summer course.
