*The Geauga Lyric Theater Guild, in cooperation with Chardon area elementary
schools,
 will present an important program that addresses the problem of bullying.
A mini-musical, *Bullies Anonymous*,
 will feature a cast of youth from Chardon, Mentor, NDCL,
St. Mary’s, Willoughbyand homeschoolers, all of  whom are
volunteering their time and energies to this important topic.

*Special performances of this musical will be held for the public on*
* Friday, June 3rd at 7:30 p.m.*
*Saturday, June 4th at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.*
* Sunday, June 5th at 2:00 p.m. *
* $ 5.00 per person. *
*All performances will be held at the Geauga Theater, 101 Water St. Chardon,
OH.*

 On Saturday June 4th ,  doors will open at the theater at 11:00 a.m. with a
wide range of activities for
the children – Karate for Kids demonstration, local Polka band, a Kid’s
auction, face painting, refreshments, and prizes.  At 12:30 p.m. a special
Symposium will be held on the problem of bullying, featuring specialists
from the Cleveland Clinic, Ravenwood Mental Health Center, and Crossroads.
Sheriff Dan McClelland and Midge, our own crime fighting dog, is scheduled
to appear. There will then be a 2:00 p.m. presentation of Bullies Anonymous.
Admission to all the programs on Saturday, including the 2:00pm show,  is $
5.00.


This special program on one of the crucial issues facing our young people is
accomplished through the
cooperative efforts of the Geauga Lyric Theater Guild and Chardon School
District’s  Elementary schools.
Donations for this program have come from the Chardon Schools Foundation,
area PTO’s, WalMart, Home
Savings Bank,the Chardon Eagles and the Chardon Community Action Team.


The historic Geauga Theater is located on beautiful Chardon Square at 101
