We are proud to introduce Knives and Forks, Cleveland's up-and-coming English country dance ensemble. 


Made up of three professional musicians, Knives and Forks infuses fresh and spirited life into English country dance music. Instrumentation includes violin, viola, flute, and piano. Light Classical music is also part of their repertoire, and they are available to play for dances, weddings, and other events. Ensemble members are Paul Kirk, violin and viola; Matthew Skitzki, piano; Julie Wesolek, flute. 


Their name is derived from a jaunty dance tune published in London in the early 18th century.
