[NEohioPAL] BTOTS 2011 Summer Camp Announcement

Brecksville Theater on The Square will be holding its annual summer camp July 11th-24th. The theme for 2011 is "Playmakers: Being a Star, From Casting to Curtain Call."
 
Under the direction of BTOTS Education Director Meriel Sikora, campers will have the opportunity to take classes in music, acting, dance and theater skills: learning the basics of what it requires to be a performer from professional instructors in a fun-filled environment! The camp culminates in a weekend of performances, where students will have a chance to showcase their new-found skills at Brecksville's historic Old Town Hall theater.
 
Classes are available for students from pre-school age through 10th grade. Curriculum varies from learning to listen, move, sing and dance for the youngest of students, to truly refining important theater skills for older campers. Material will be drawn from The Lion King, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day and Once On This Island.

The camp is limited to the first 100 students enrolled, so act soon to reserve a place in this truly unique crash course in all things theatrical!
