[NEohioPAL] new policy on inflammatory statements being posted on Neohiopal

Hi Everybody,

Regarding certain messages that have been posted on Neohiopal over the last
few days...

In the future, I will not post inflammatory statements that could turn into
heated battles between individuals.

While I abhor censorship, I also don't want a situation where the list
becomes a judge and jury.
