Anyone interested in participating in a FLASH MOB on Saturday, July 23,

Because of the surprise nature of the event, we are unable to post location
publicly.

Practices:

Friday, July 8  from 6:30-8:30

Sunday, July 10 from 7:00-9:00pm

Friday, July 22   from  6:00-8:00

We will also be posting a link to a private online link where you can find a
video to learn the routine in your own home.
