[NEohioPAL] artists needed for August 27th International Fest

Main Street Medina is still seeking artists and crafters, and vendors of
fair trade or cultural/ethnic/international items for the 3rd Medina
International Fest, set for Saturday, August 27, 2011 from 9am to 7pm. The
event is presented by Main Street Medina and sponsored by Medina Hospital.
Organizers anticipate over 20,000 attendees for this one day affair. 

 

Retail vendors, artists, and crafts-persons interested in renting a booth
should visit www.mainstreetmedina.com for a vendor form, or may call Main
Street Medina at 330-952-0910 for more information. No mass produced goods
will be accepted. Booth spaces are 10x10, and are $75 each for Main Street
Medina members and non-profit organizations, and $125 for non-members.
Ethnic churches or cultural activity groups are highly encouraged to join
the event.

 

The Square will be the site of an international bazaar, featuring the Medina
Farmers' Market vendors, fine works of art, fair trade products, and other
arts, crafts, and products from around the world. Local restaurants will
tempt your taste buds with ethnic foods, including Lebanese, Mexican,
Romanian, Greek, and Italian cuisine. A family and children's area will have
diverse arts and crafts projects to keep the little ones busy while learning
about other cultures. A diverse line-up of internationally-themed music and
bands will entertain throughout the day.
