PLEASE NOTE: Although most roles are African American, other Ethnicities are free to audition for the same roles. ***The back story includes a white church and a black church coming together.
(Religious comedy)

“PAPA DON'T TAKE NO MESS!”A religious comedy filmed in Cleveland, Ohio. A single father taking care of his “Bay-Bay's kids” who thinks his children are well behaved but truly aren't. A church in trouble in need of help.
Will need of lots people for a congregation, children and teenagers. The roles of older people can be done by people who can appear and act older. Facebook's GRANDMA ROGERS makes her appearance in this full length movie.

THAD HORGAN (age 40-55)- African American male. Easy going man who is abused by his wife.
MS HORGAN (age 40-55)- African American female. THAD'S wife. Very rough woman.
SAUNDRA PARKER (age 9)- African American female.
ERIC PARKER ( age 14)- African American female.
ALLEN PARKER ( age 16)- African American male.
JOHN PARKER (age 40-55)- African American male. Single father, wife ran off with a garbage man.
PREACHER/VISITING PASTOR(age 50- 65) or someone who can portray an older person. African American male.
SISTER ANNA (age 50- 65) or someone who can portray an older person. African American female.
SISTER EDWINA(age 50- 65) or someone who can portray an older person. African American female.

GRANDMA ROGERS- Aunt John Parker's aunt. Older hip typ grandmother, very nosy.
