Moscow Ballet soloist arrives in Tiffin July 25 to lead a week of intensive ballet classes for area dancers 
 
What:   Moscow Ballet soloist Natalia Miroshynk working one-on-one with aspiring dance students  
 
Who:    Moscow Ballet’s Russian soloist and dance instructor Natalia Miroshynk, a Russian trained soloist with Moscow Ballet, will conduct 4 hours of Vaganova style ballet classes daily. Miroshynk graduated from the Kiev Academic Choreographic School in Ukraine and enjoyed a tremendous amount of post-graduate experience touring internationally with the Odessa State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater.  She has danced as a soloist with Moscow Ballet since 2006. The Intensive is presented in partnership with In Motion Dance Center in Tiffin.
 
When:  Monday, July 25 to Friday, July 29 and Meet and Greet on Friday 7:00pm

Background - Moscow Ballet has presented the Great Russian Nutcracker for 87 years in 70 cities across North America. It is also known for its full-length productions of classic story-ballets; Swan Lake, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and others. Created by award-winning Juilliard alumnus, composer/conductor and theatrical producer, Akiva Talmi, the organization evolved out of Talmi’s all-star Russian "Glasnost Festival Tour" (1986-92). In 2003, Moscow Ballet announced the appointment Vladimir Troshchenko, director of Odessa State Ballet and a pivotal figure in the ballet world, as Ballet Master.
