[NEohioPAL] THE PLAYERS GUILD THEATRE SEEKS PAID COSTUME ASSISTANT FOR CURRENT SEASON

The Players Guild Theatre, a professionally staffed, volunteer based
theatre, is seeking a Costume Assistant/ First Hand for the current season.
The season includes the musicals:  HAIRSPRAY, A CHRISTMAS CAROL, LITTLE
WOMEN and WISHES...JUST A DREAM AWAY (a musical revue of today's most
popular musicals).  Additionally, the Guild will be producing A FEW GOOD
MEN, RAPUNZEL AND THE WITCH and DRIVING MISS DAISY.

The costume assistant should have proven stitching, tailoring and draping
skills.  In addition the position calls for a thorough knowledge of fabric
types as well as measuring and fitting skills.  A theatre degree and/or
previous production experience is preferred.  Assistant will work under the
guidance of the Guild's resident costume designer.

The position is available immediately.  Position is being offered as a per
show flat fee contract.
