   From Stephen Schwartz ("Godspell" and "Pippin") and John Caird of "Les
Miserables" comes a joyous and inspirational musical about parents, children
and faith... not to mention centuries of unresolved family business! Freely
based on the story of Genesis, *CHILDREN OF EDEN* is a frank, heartfelt and
often humorous examination of the age-old conflict between parents and
children. Adam, Eve, Noah and the "Father" who created them deal with the
headstrong, cataclysmic actions of their respective children. The show
ultimately delivers a bittersweet but inspiring message: that "the hardest
part of love... is letting go."

For *CHILDREN OF EDEN, *Stagecrafters welcomes home director Jeremy Gold
Kronenberg who served as Stagecrafters Program Associate from 1999 to 2002.
Mr. Kronenberg is taking a break from his successful directing career in New
York City, which includes a recent production of *Caroline, or Change *which
was nominated for a 2010 New York Innovative Theatre award.  Also returning
to Stagecrafters for this production are Aaron Dore, Emma Schreibman and
Michael Miller-all former students in the Stagecrafters program who are
pursuing careers in the arts.

The artistic team joining Mr. Kronenberg consists of Musical Director
Richard Hinkelman and Choreographer Abby Lausin and the cast consists of
some of the most talented young actors in the area.
