Renovations completed through a grant by the Knight Foundation, Summit Artspace is now leasing very affordable office space for individuals and organizations in the Creative Industries. The Summit Artspace building dates from the late 1920's and was the original home of the Akron Beacon Journal, founded by Charles L. and John S. Knight.  In addition to free parking and a central location, features on the 2nd floor include:


*         Customized office configurations in a 2,470 sq. ft. area.

*         Access to modular office furniture

*         Executive board and conference rooms

*         Shared kitchenette facilities

*         Full service copier and work area for projects

*         3,000 sq. ft. available for rehearsals, small performances, video production, improv comedy, poetry slams, reader's theatre, etc. or events.
