FRESH, FUNNY AND SURPRISINGLY TOUCHING:
FIVE FLIGHTS NOW ONSTAGE AT CONVERGENCE-CONTINUUM

"The six actors pull all of this off with great skill. Everyone gets a
chance to be a bit nutty....90-minutes of high-speed theater. It's a good
time." (Herb Hammer, Chagrin Valley Times)

FIVE FLIGHTS by Adam Bock is a comedy involving three siblings who inherit
an enormous aviary that their late father built for his deceased wife,
whose soul, he believed, had transformed into a bird. The grown children
are faced with the dilemma of what to do with the crumbling structure.

Sister-in-law Jane wants to build tidy new houses; friend Olivia wants to
build The Church of the Fifth Day honoring birds; Ed wants to let the
building fall to the ground. Along the way, Ed falls for a hunky
professional hockey player who loves ballet. Mixed into all this are
issues of religious conviction, fear of commitment, and the way 19th
century Russian ballet resembles a hockey game.

Note: may contain some brief exposure to strobe effects, male nudity, and
bird plumage.

Five Flights runs at 8 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays through
September 10 at the Liminis, 2438 Scranton Rd., Cleveland, OH 44113 in the
historic Tremont neighborhood. Tickets are $15 general admission, $12
for seniors (65+) and $10 for students. Reservations and information
are available at 216-687-0074 and http://www.convergence-continuum.org.
