Male actors in grades 9 through 12 are invited to audition at Beaumont School!
 
Beaumont Drama Announces Auditions for the Fall Musical Production:
Just So -- Book & Lyrics by Anthony Drewes, Music by George Stiles

                Auditions: Wednesday, September 7, 4 – 6:30pm, SLC Theater
 
                Casting:  12-15 actors (female or male); several roles will be doubled.  All cast members must be able to sing and follow simple choreography.  All cast members will have solo singing & speaking lines.
 
                Rehearsals:  Monday – Thursday, September 12 – October 20, 4 – 6pm
                                        Monday – Thursday, October 31 – November 9, 6 – 9pm
                                        Some weekend rehearsals required.  Times subject to change.
 
                Performance Dates: November 10 at 7:00, November 11 & 12 at 7:30, November 13 at 2:30
 
                Audition Information: All auditioners will be required to sing 32 measures of a song of their choosing; music and lyrics must be memorized.  Musical theater numbers preferred, but not required.  No hard rock/heavy metal music.  Auditioners must bring sheet music and sing with piano accompaniment.  Auditioners may be asked to vocalize (to check range) and to do some improvisation. These are unpaid positions.
