A volunteer is needed to teach private lessons to economically disadvantaged children on the West Side, weekly during the school year, especially for one very promising student who held his own at the Baldwin-Wallace Band Camp this summer.  Joyful Noise Neighborhood Music School is seven years old, has 170 students, and requires a modicum of parental involvement.
