Sales Representative/Representative for largest 

Training Center – Model/Talent Agency in the Tri – State Area

 

$45K-$60K+​Potential

Barbizon of Akron/​Pro Model & Talent Management, the largest training center/​commercial model/​talent agency in the tri-state area, located in Akron, Ohio, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified sales professional to join our established Admissions/​Sales staff.​

Both a personal and financially rewarding opportunity, the Admissions/​Sales Director position provides opportunities to help others achieve their goals and change their lives while meeting their own professional, financial, and personal goals.​

 

Brief overview of position:

*	Contact inquiries to determine potential students/​models/​talent and set appointments – These are people who have requested information, leads provided, no cold calling 
*	Interview/​evaluate each potential students/​models/​talent’s needs and qualifications and give professional recommendations, while presenting the benefits of Barbizon of Akron/​Pro Model & Talent Mgmt.​

 

Requirements for the position include:

*	Sales experience (will train the right person without sales experience if they have a modeling/acting background and/or are very charismatic and are highly motivated to succeed)
*	Individuals with interviewing experience, a background in: health club, weight loss, recruitment, intangible sales, retail sales, other proprietary school admissions experience, trade school or college admissions, or previous modeling experience is a plus
*	Previous phone work/appointment setting/call center background a plus
*	Must have good communication skills
*	High level of motivation and an outgoing personality
*	Current, fashionable, professional image
*	Excellent position for someone looking to take a break from retail and  the retail hours, as this position offers a set schedule

*	Hours: Monday-Thursday 12:30p-9:00p/​Saturday’s 10:00a-5:00p - Friday's and Sunday's OFF
