4:30-6:30 pm Modern Jazz (All Levels Teen/Adult)

Access your strength and power through an energizing warm up and progressive traveling combinations. This all levels workshop will move quickly through basic techniques designed to inspire beginners and challenge those with more experience. The end of class will be devoted to a spicy, dynamic, rhythm based combination incorporating jumps, turns and personality.

6:30-8:30 pm Modern & Floorwork (Int/Adv)

Slow down and center with a Bartenieff / Klein based warm up designed to increase range and articulation for on and off center dancing. Then, move through exercises for alignment, stability, flexibility, strength and brain function. Class will culminate in an intense, spatially diverse combination moving into and out of the floor and through space.
