[NEohioPAL] CWRU Department of Family Medicine is looking for MALE - 20'S OR 30'S TO PLAY OVERWEIGHT PATIENT - ONLY EMAILS - PLEASE DO NOT CALL

The Department of Family Medicine at CWRU is looking for* MALE* actors to
perform the role of patients for an educational DVD of the Enhanced
Teachable Moments Project. This project is looking at the ways doctors and
patients talk together during healthcare visits with regard to weight
management. Actors would be required to attend several paid training
sessions in order to be eligible to participate in the following sessions.

*AT THIS TIME, WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR MALES, AGE RANGE 20’S AND 30’S,
OVERWEIGHT , to play the role of patients.
*
*REQUIREMENTS*

- Extremely reliable and enthusiastic actors who are interested in
contributing to health research and making a difference
- Ability to memorize a script
- Experience/familiarity with being video-recorded (multiple takes)

*CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND ALL THESE DATES*

DVD Production
Mon. ,Oct. 24, 2011 9:00-11:00 am (2 hours)
Wed.,  Nov. 9, 2011 9:00-11:00 am (2 hours)
Fri., Nov. 11, 2011 8:00-6:00 (10 hours)
Sat., Nov. 12, 2011 8:00-1:00 (5 hours)
