 This letter is being written to let all of those individuals in our 
>> county know about the animals, especially cats and kittens, during

newspaper 
>> at any time, but Halloween is the worse time to do this!!!  Free kittens 
>> are used in many horrible ways with disreputable people....too many to

>> Especially do not adopt out black kittens, black cats and perhaps not 
>> even black dogs...
>> It is always best to charge a fee for an adoption, this gives you some 
>> kind of control over that person that shows up on your doorstep!!  Their 
>> stories are always told to you so that you end up trusting them....bad 
>> idea!!!
>> Keep an eye open in your neighborhood to help those outside cats....they
