       Meet Author Jamie MacVicar:  The World of the Circus

Join Jamie MacVicar, author of the award-winning narrative The Advance
Man: A Journey Into the World of the Circus for a fascinating evening.
He will speak at the Berea Branch Library on Thursday, November 3rd at
7:00 p.m.  In 1974 MacVicar became an advance man for Ringling Bros. and
Barnum & Bailey Circus. He will share his firsthand experience of a
compelling time in Cleveland's entertainment history when the small
towns surrounding Cleveland became the focal point of Ringling's
campaign. Books will be available for purchase and signing. Registration
