[NEohioPAL] Spotlights' "Honk!" Opens This Weekend

"HONK!" 
On October 28, the Spotlights Theater will be transformed into a farmyard and 
patrons will experience theater-in-the-round at the production of HONK!  The 
musical runs Saturdays and Sundays, October 28-November 12 at 7:30PM.  There is 
a Sunday matinee on November 6 at 3:00PM.  All shows will be at the Cultural 
Arts Building , behind the Police Department on the Broadview Center property, 
9543 Broadview Road in Broadview Heights . 

            Tickets are $13 for adults and $12 for seniors and students. The 
show is family-friendly and, with a cast of 9 adults and 7 children, seats will 
surely be at a premium. Reservations are strongly suggested and may be made by 
calling 440/526-4404.  Prepaid reservations can be made on-line at 
www.broadview-heights-spotlights.org (fees apply).  

            Based on Hans Christian Andersen’s “The Ugly Duckling”, Honk! tells 
the story of an odd-looking baby duck, Ugly, and his quest to find his mother. 
It is a story of happiness, sadness, perseverance, discovery, and love.  The 
show is directed by Aaron Kastanis; the music director is Alex Garrard.  The 
show features Featuring Patrick Michael Dukeman, Annie Shibata, Allen Seeley, 
Julia Wilson, Melinda Brubaker, Jason Nehal, Stephanie Malfara, Lauren Vaughn, 
Kylee Brubaker, Elizabeth Coleman, Jordan Ensign, David Bowler, Adam Graber, 
Kayla Gerogosian, and Anna Barrett.
