[NEohioPAL] Can anybody transfer reel-to-reel tapes to CD?

I have reel-to-reel tapes of my early performances that I can't listen to any more because they're on reel-to-reel tapes and we don't have a tape deck.  Is there anyone in the Cleveland area that can do the transfer to CDs?  I thought NEOhioPAL friends might be able to refer me to the right place.
