“Miracle on 34th Street” To Be Performed At Walsh Jesuit High School
The CenterStage Theater Department at Walsh Jesuit High School
presents its Fall dramatic production of the Valentine Davies classic,
“Miracle on 34th Street,” November 17th at 7:00PM, November 18th and
19th at 7:30PM, with matinee performances November 19th and 20th
at 2:00PM in the school’s Theatre, located at 4550 Wyoga Lake Road, in
Cuyahoga Falls. There will be a $5.00 preview performance on November
16th at 7PM.
The Mountain Community Theatre recently obtained the
official rights to the famous script and has adapted it in a modern
setting. David Banks directs the play and Jon Maag serves as Technical
Director.
Cast as Kris Kringle is Cameron Cabot of Northfield. Playing Fred
Gayley is Jack Fielder of Medina, while the role of Doris Walker is
portrayed by Victoria Tersigni of Akron. Judge Harper will be
performed by Cameron McKendry of Hinckley and the role of Sawyer will
be played by Nathan Blasio of Sagamore Hills. Allison Matia from
Medina plays the lawyer Ms. Mara and Katie Whalen from Akron will
perform the role of Susan Walker. Dr. Pierce is played by Kyle
Glascott from Boston Heights and Bethany Bennett from Hudson plays
Shellhammer.
Rounding out the cast are Katerina Griffiths and Caitlin Krause of
Hinckley, Jillian Apple, Jonathan Thornton and Liz Volk from Solon,
Kate Gray, Gretchen Wellemeyer and Katrina Wright from Akron, Teresa
Schafer and Justin Eck from Brunswick, John Bukovac of Kent, Cara
Smith of Parma Heights, Melissa Mossing from Strongsville, Valerie
Snock of Cuyahoga Falls, , Hailey Filon from Hudson, Nick Bury of
Stow, Lindsay Furlong from Medina, Angel Mansinghani of Garfield
Heights, Nicole Davessar from Broadview Heights, Mary, and Kenzie
Tartaglione of Northfield.
Tickets are $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for students and Senior
Citizens groups. Senior group discounts are also available as well as
