DescriptionDirector Andy Nash and Playwright Jacob King are looking for EIGHT creative, 
dedicated actors to cast the world premier of RAISING ANGELINA to be 
staged at the Kathleen Howland Theatre in Canton, OH on January 20 & 21, 2012.

Auditions by Appointment:

December 10th – 12th
7:00 – 9:00 pm

Rehearsals will begin at JCU in January, transportation to Canton for technical rehearsals and production will be arranged.

RAISING ANGELINA is the story of Elder Marks – a young man who wants 
fatherhood to redeem his life full of failures.  In his desperate 
attempt to raise his daughter, Elder finds nothing but flawed role 
models and encounters every kind of obstacle.

Available roles are as follows:

ELDER MARKS	19, Former student and current patient of Carter’s; inmate, assumes he is Angelina’s father
GABRIEL CARTER		34, Teacher and counsellor
GUARD			44, over-worked, needlessly hostile towards inmates
CLARA JAMISON		36, Warden, concerned for well-being of inmates
JAMES BARKLEY	26, Hi-Lo Clique leader, inmate, Angelina’s uncle
3 INAMTES			Members of Hi-Lo Clique
