Under a life debt to a pair of *kawaii* Venusian cyber-demons from the
future named *Mayushii Elsie Ni-no & Ichi-no*, young
mad-scientist-gamer *Okaragi
Keitarō* (called *Hōōin Kō*) is recruited on a mission to cast out and
capture the Loose Shrine God Spirit from possessing the *Niji Dancers*,
setting them on the path of lasting friendships, happiness, and achievement
- before they all die in a horrible, murderous rampage! Can Hōōin and his
accidental zombie assistant "*X-Stina*" conquer the conspiratorial "ZERN
Organization" and "see the ending"? Or will Niji die yet again and they
have to use the "phone-microwave" (*name subject to change*) to reset the
plot and try again? The answer lies within *The Gate Under the Bridge the
Higurashi Only Know*!

In addition to our continuing series of *Mad Words: the Art of
Kyōgen*<http://filer.case.edu/org/commedia/plays/2011-12-03_Mad-Words.html>,
The Confused Greenies have joined with the fantastic *Niji
Dancers*<http://niji-dancers.webs.com/>(the award winning rainbow
dance troupe of Japanese & Korean popular music)
to begin a new tradition to create a parody mash-up play of all anime the
club is watching each week in the semester. The four series to be combined
and lampooned this time are: *The World God Only
Knows*<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_World_God_Only_Knows>,
*Higurashi no Naku Koro
ni*<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Higurashi_When_They_Cry>,
*Steins;Gate* <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steins;Gate>, and *Arakawa
Under the Bridge* <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arakawa_Under_the_Bridge>.

Our entertainment will begin *Sunday at 3:00pm* as part of the *Fall Anime
Marathon* of *japanCASE* <http://japan.case.edu/>, the Japanese cultural
and media student organization at Case Western Reserve University in
Cleveland. Marathon itself is a full 26 hours, running from 3:00pm today
until at least 5:00pm on Sunday with multiple rooms of anime, cultural
panels, games, contests, food, and much more. Entry to both *our
performance and the entire Marathon is free and open to the public*.

CWRU is located at 10900 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44106 and Nord Hall
is on the Main Quad with the address 2095 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
Parking on the weekends is free in the small lot behind the Quad off of MLK
Blvd between Cedar/Carnegie and Euclid Ave (outside the gates) and also in
the commuter lot just south of Adelbert Bridge on Murray Hill Road. See
below for more information.

But come early as The Confused Greenies and the Niji Dancers will also be
performing today!
