 *THE 4TH ANNUAL SCA PLAYWRITING COMPETITION*

The deadline for play submissions in the 4th Annual SCA Playwriting
Competition is rapidly approaching. Students, grades 7 - 12, are eligible
to enter a short play of their own creation into this competition for
potential production in the SCA One-Act Festival by *Friday, January 27, no
later than 5:00 pm*. All play submissions will be judged by a panel of
three theater professionals and the top four plays will be selected for
production.

Play submissions should

   - be no more than 10 pages typed
   - include the playwright’s name, age, grade, school, address, email and
   phone number on the cover
   - be sent to Solon Center for the Arts, Attn: Christine A. Madden 6315
   SOM Center Road, Solon, Ohio 44139 or emailed to
cmadden at solonohio.org **Emailed submissions will
   receive a confirmation email when recieved*.

Winners will be announced on Friday, February 24. Limit one submission per
student. There is no fee to enter. Please call Christine Madden at (440)
