CLEVELAND PLAY HOUSE HOLDING AUDITIONS
FOR BOYS AGE 9-12
FOR UPCOMING PRODUCTION

Cleveland Play House (CPH) is looking to cast a BOY age 9-12 for a production this spring directed by Artistic Director Michael Bloom.

Title of production will be publically announced at the end of February and will be a part of Cleveland Play House's Festival of New Work.

Auditions are by appointment FRIDAY FEBRUARY 10th 4:00pm-7:00pm and SATURDAY FEBRUARY 11th 10:30am-1:00pm

Auditions will be held in CPH's Educational Classrooms on the 5th floor of the Middough Building, 1901 E. 13th Street (entrance is on 13th between Euclid and Dodge Court.)

Rehearsals will begin on or around April 16th and will be held after school and on weekends.

Performances May 3, 4, 5, 2012 in the new Allen Theatre.

We are looking for a BOY age 9-12 who is a strong actor and can sing.  Character is bright, curious, and dealing with a father who has been wrongly imprisoned.

For the audition - please prepare a one minute monologue from a play, poem or story of your choosing and 16 bars of a favorite song to be sung a capella.   PLEASE BRING A HEADSHOT OR A CURRENT PHOTOGRAPH AND A RESUME OF PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE.
