Comedy
Five southern women whose friendships
began on their college swim team,
plan a long girls only weekend every
August at a North Carolina beach cottage
to recharge their relationships. The
play focuses on four weekends spanning
thirty-three years. These five
women with a variety of personalities
share the ups and downs of marriages
and divorce, families and children,
homemaking and careers with laughter
and tears. Their final shared experience
illustrates how important and longlasting
their relationships have been.

youth. 
A production full of laughter, songs and
entertainment assures this will be a
night to remember! Also meet Mrs.
Grimm the mother of the brothers that
helped to start it all. Your children will
have a chance to win prizes and may
even be part of a skit. This wonderful
evening of interaction with the actors will
spark your children into a love of theatre.

Musical
It’s Fargo meets The Music Man (without
the blood or the trombones). The
play takes place in Bunyan Bay,
Minnesota. It’s the coldest day of the
year and cantankerous bar owner,
Gunner Johnson, wants to sell the business
and move to Florida. Clara, his
wife and former Winter 
Bunyan Queen, wants to stay. Bernice
Lundstrom, the pretty waitress, wants to
pursue a singing career. Her fiance,
Kanute Gunderso, wants her to stay
home. It’s a battle of wills, and when a
fast-talking salesman, Aarvid Gisselsen,
promises to bring romance into their
lives through the ‘magic’ of karaoke, all
heck breaks loose!

Mystery
Jake, owner of Jake’s Diner in the
Middle of Nowhere, Arizona, is a cantankerous
sixty-year old who suffers
from delusions and paranoia that are not
helped by his refusal to take his meds.
Jake also obsesses over the possibility
of dangerous aliens and comes to suspect
two tourists from Albany and takes
them hostage. Is Jake nutty or cunningly
correct?
