By the way, Vicki, with respect to the posts for pet placements and items
for sale, Fred lets them through at his discretion. I'm sure, if NEO-PAL
started to get too far afield of its mission, Fred would redirect those who
post.

If you don't like the way NEO-PAL is managed, I can't think of any reason
you couldn't launch your own listserve.
