*Part Time Theater Instructor*



Solon Center for the Arts is accepting applications for a Part Time Theater
Instructor and Youth Theater Director.



Qualified Applicants must have completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Theater or Theater Education from an accredited institution or have related
work experience equivalent to such a degree. Graduate experience a plus.
Interested applicants must have a minimum of two years teaching and/or
directing Youth Theater experience (within the last five years). This
position involves possible daytime, evening and weekend hours beginning the
summer of 2012. The hourly rate is based upon experience and qualifications.



Candidates for this position will work closely with the Arts Programming
Specialist and must be able to work with students of all ages and skill
levels. Applicants must display a professional demeanor at all times and
possess leadership qualities in and out of the classroom. In addition, the
applicant should possess excellent problem solving, organizational and
interpersonal skills. Applicants must be able to work in a team environment.
