[NEohioPAL] Olmsted Performing Arts Announces Homeschool Arts Program

As part of Olmsted Performing Arts's education initiative, we are launching a 
new program for homeschooled students.  This 12-week program will comprise a 
3-part training session including one hour each for dance, vocal music, and 
acting.  Students will be trained in costuming, properties, and stage crew 
techniques as well.  At the end of the programs, students will perform Aladdin, 
Jr., showcasing everything they have learned.  Children will be instructed with 
other students their age, in groups of 5-9 and 10-14.  This is a beginner 
program intended to teach children confidence, performing arts skills, and 
team collaboration.

The Homeschool Arts Program will be held on Thursdays form noon-3pm, beginning 
March 22 through June 7th, at the Olmsted Community Center, 8170 Mapleway Drive, 
Olmsted Falls.  The showcase will be performed on June 9th.
