BRECKSVILLE LITTLE THEATRE
Auditions for
ON GOLDEN POND
 
Open auditions will be held
Monday, March 26 at 7:00 pm and Tuesday, March 27 at 7:00 pm 
at the Old Town Hall on Public Square in Brecksville.  
Come prepared to read from the script.
All of the following
roles are available:
             NORMAN THAYER, JR., 79 - flirting
with senility, but he knows it and he plays it to the hilt.
ETHEL THAYER, 69 - Norman’s
wife and his opposite in many ways, forceful and energetic.
CHARLIE MARTIN, 45-50
- possesses a hearty laugh, rustic, simple and perhaps just a tad  “deficient.”
CHELSEA THAYER WAYNE, 45-50 - Norman and Ethel’s daughter, pretty,
athletic.
BILL RAY, 45-50 -
Chelsea’s dentist-friend/companion, good-looking, serious, displays a sense of
humor at times, cautious, somewhat of an intellectual.
 BILLY RAY, 10-13 -
Bill’s son, eager, bright and flippant, but only to cover his awkwardness.
 
SHOW DIRECTOR:  Jan
Futhey
REHEARSALS will be 3-4 times per week and will begin during
the last week of April.
PERFORMANCE DATES are June 8-9-15-16-17-22 and 23, 2012.
All performances will be held at the historic Old Town Hall
on Public Square in Brecksville.   
Friday and Saturday performances will be at 7:00 pm, and
the Sunday performance will be at 2:00 pm.
